Best way to get Hunter's Long Coat in 2021?

I tried to do the method where you spawn at Charleston Station, run to the bridge, and then get the trader to spawn, but I don't think it works that well anymore because most of the time I try it someone has built a camp there and nothing spawns, and the only time something spawns is when there isn't a camp (and so far I've only gotten super mutants).

So is there a better method to get it, or am I out of luck?

i looked it up, might have better chances of having a friend server hop to spawn it and see what they will get. if they get the coat, they could buy it off of it and drop it for you.

that is just one place that has a major random spawn chance. charleston station actually has 3 random spawns. but thats for another discussion.

themethod that has given he most responder vendor bot spawns in by lady janets? ice cream shop? its easy to trigger multiple random spawns here as well.
after fast travel you are on a hillside behind and to the side of lady janets. first random spawn is ahead to the left sightly looking for the over turned jeep in the road . lemonade stand spawns here look for balloons, many other random spawns crashed verti bird, scorchbeast fly over, satellite ghouls, scorched, supermutants. now youve checked spawn one, tiem for the vendor bot spawn, you are now across the street from ladyjanets which can spawn supers ghouls or scorched. avoid or clear. going down the road from lady janets youll see a jeep and then a bus, the bus is where you need topass to trigger the random spawn, it can be numerous things, other bots, ghouls supermutants or other vendor.

this spot can be server hopped and rinsed and repeated until the responder bot pops up.
as above a second party helps here.
but after you trigger this spawn dont just server hop away instead head back up the road towards lady janets... this will trigger a random swarm mob spawn. theres lots of xp and loot to sell available here.

and for giggles charleston station bridge run. ft to the station you land above up the tracks, turn around run up the tracks across the red bridge above the boat wreck. to the right heres some mobs below. easily avoided but if triggered will pursue onto the bridge eventually.
all the way across the bridge and slightly past and then turn around and jog back down the tracks. something will spawn. might be below thebridge or down the tracks ahead or behind you. this isnt the vendor bot spawn. thats next. now go down the tracks headed towards the two red bridges. run across both going away from the train station... stay to the left side to avoid triggering the bots on the right... keep going to the stairs on the left ahead, go up and left back over the big bridge and then aftercrossing go left back down to the red bridge and across it towards the station. multiple random spawns can happen at this point you want to see nothing on the tracks. as that may mean the bot spawned by the pond. mob swarm can spawn behind AND ahead. also super mutants or ghouls or scorched can spawn around the farmhouse next to the pond. there are other ed bridges around the map that also have random triggers. but lady janets and charleston are for sure rare responder bot locations, good luck i spent months server hopping as it was a 10k plus item at one time now i dont wear it because jet pack look dumb sticking out.

Personally, I don't think it's worth the hassle of trying to get a random event vendor to spawn AND hope that when you encounter them that they're actually selling it. If you do go down that route you could be grinding server hops for god knows how long just to even encounter it. It's just not really efficient to farm.
I'm not 100% sure of the going rate for the coat now but I got lucky and got mine for 5k a few months ago. Caps come pretty easily once you know what you're doing so that kind of price is easily preferable to trying to grind something that you can't effectively farm for.

i try the settler fireplace method , over 50 times and keep going , so far i encounter her but she was selling meds few times , and few time some bow plans and ammo , no apparel trader yet .

best way is to just server hop , and when u log in turn around to the spot she usually is , if u see one dot on ur compass , that probably her , 2 dot is other encounter and no dot is enemies , dead bodies or nothing.
