Can't enter Monongah Mine for "Something Sentinmental", etc...

So I launched a nuke at the Mine, and then it said to go to the Mine.
HOWEVER, when I tried to Fast Travel there, a message said "Cannot Fast Travel to locations inside Blast Zone" or something to that effect...

I looked up the Quest online some, and people say "just fast travel there" or "just fast travel into the mine" - but you CANNOT DO THAT lol ("Cannot Fast Travel To Locations Inside Blast Zones")

Did it just bug out on me? Or is this a known thing? Is there another way into the mine after the nuke hits it?
I walked to the Mine and it appears blocked off by rubble.

(I think the Quest needs clarity in the game, or the mechanics do, or something is wonky)

Fast Travel to something on the outside of the blast zone and enter the mine.

Yeah, when launching the nuke you have like a minute time to get there with the fast travel and GTFO of the blast radius before being killed.
Might wanna launch the nuke at the edge of the mine, easier to get away from the blast radius.

You were so close. Launch on Mononghah Mine. Join the event A Colossal Problem. From anywhere on the map you can FT to it. That puts you inside the mine where you can complete Something Sentimental.

You need to join the event marker, same like for any other event. It will fast travel you straight there.

at first:

My brother and I shot maybe 10 mini nukes at the mine from varying distances to get in for that Something Sentimental mission. We even shot 2 mini nukes at the same time plus grenades. Ahhh good times . . . . . . . .

BOOM baBOOM, boom, boom . . . . . . . .nothin'

Ultimately, the monster battle is epic but . . . . but, well, I'm going to have to check the internet to see some other conversations I missed out on with that quest giver.

THanks, but you can't walk into the mine, it says you must Fast Travel to it.

Ah thank you! So you do Travel to it, but do so via the Join Event process.

It could be more clear on this - but I should be able to do it now - thanks again!
