XP: Charisma or Intelligence
Everyone is talking about boosting XP by increasing of Intelligence
But wiki states:

Intelligence
At an Intelligence of 1, there is a +0% crafted item condition bonus. Each additional level of Intelligence increases this condition bonus by +5%, except for the jump from Intelligence = 4 to Intelligence = 5, where the bonus increases by +10%. At the maximum Intelligence of 15, the crafted item condition bonus is +75%.

But Charisma
At a Charisma of 1 there is +0% Experience Points (XP) and +0% caps rewards from group quests. Each additional level of Charisma increases both XP gain and caps gain by +5%, except for the jump from Charisma = 4 to Charisma = 5, where the XP gain and caps gain increases by +10%. At the maximum Charisma of 15, the XP gain and caps gain is +75%.

So what's going on?

Experience points (XP) gained are affected by the player character's current Intelligence stat (INT).
There are multiple ways to increase XP gain:

I believe the Charisma buff works only if you're in a group with the other players.

You gain very very VERY veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrry little caps and exp when a group member finish a quest, so thats charisma then.

I wonder if inspirational works just by creating a Team like Casual Team and call it a day ?

SPECIAL all increase multiple things

Intelligence = 3% exp per point from KILLS and non quest things (crafting)
Charisma = x% exp per point from quest completions

Intelligence = 3% exp per point, it has been data mined and the math is certain at this point, uses the same formula as fo4

The 2.x% was incorrect math with rounding errors

Munchies
Cranberry Relish + exp
Gourd Soup +perception
Brain Fungus Soup +intelligence [brain bombs but hard to get +7.5]
Tato Salad surprise +ap regen
Blight Soup +crit
Tato juice +ap

20 Base int (now I have perk slots I did one as a max exp one, 15 base and 5 legendary int)
15 Unyielding prefix effect
+5 +1 int armour major effect
+5 berry mentats
+Live and Love 3 magazine (for the food bonus)
+7.5 brain fungus soup (+11.25 from bombs)
+4 team
+3 night person
+10 mutations (+and- accounted) +12 if teammates too
+2 int bobblehead

NO teammate stranger - teammate with stranger
= 71.5(67.5 day)[75.25 N + bomb] - 73(70 day)[77.25 N + bomb]
= 214.5%(202.5%)[225.75%] - 219%(210%)[231.75%]
= ~215% average

+5% sleep
+5% lighthouse (IMO not worth it)
+15% inspirational
+100% lunchbox
+37.5% cranberry relish
x2 exp weekend
~377.5% x2 = ~755%
