Fed76 price guide is 6400-9600 caps for the civil war era clothing blueprints.

The Halloween costume plans too, as they are difficult to obtain. (Skeleton costume and mask plans; witch hat and costume plans.)
wow. thanks alot men!
You understand me wrong. I know where are the some things (like civil war clothes blueprint) but not what the prices
Out of curiosity, do you know why the plans are worth so much for such an easy item to just go and get? Is it a completionist thing? I love collecting plans, but I don’t think I’d be able to shell out that much for something I could get so easily (the clothes, not the plans).
Plan collectors will pay for them. Once you reach a certain point in the game and you need to dump your caps somewhere and plans you don't know are a good place to start.
Not only players who want to collect everything in the game, but some of these clothing plans are expensive due to you being able to make decent money off them.
Plans like the marine helmet and marine tactical helmet would be an example. The plans are quite expensive but the items are not. If you price the helmets you craft fairly low like 35 for marine and 65 for marine tactical, they sell all the time.
Same goes for the halloween plans. The clothing items sell well at the right time of year.

Here is the link for apparel (not the plans):

As to why people are willing to pay that much for anything, it's subjective. For me sometimes it is a kind of completionist thing or I have too many caps, but other times I actually want to use it. Also, if you have the plan to build an item, you don't have to store the physical item in your inventory. As for pricing, the grind to get plans is a big factor. If someone has done all the work for you to get the plan, it may be worth it to spend a ton of caps so that you don't have to go through the pain of obtaining them.
Rarity, grind, supply and demand, carry weight, charity to other players... these should all be considered in vendor pricing at your camp. Pricing in the end is very much arbitrary, but still affected by the norms of the community. People will have many varied opinions on pricing. Some will call you greedy for listing something for 10,000 caps, but caps really become easy to obtain after awhile so...
In general, easy to obtain stuff shouldn't be listed for hundreds of caps (my opinion), and might not be worth selling at all, especially if you have inventory storage issues. The grey area is common stuff that is slightly harder to obtain.
Example: Fasnacht masks are rare only in that you can only obtain them from a special event. The problem is that people grind the event for the super rare masks which most people consider trade only items or sell for 30,000 caps, and everyone ends up with a ton of the common masks. Extra common masks should be then either discarded or only sold as a kindness to other players who missed the event (my opinion). The plans you can earn from the Fasnacht event are different, however. Hard to obtain camp build items can be sold for a lot of caps, but they will likely sit for a long time taking up space in your inventory. I sell some for 500 to 1,000 caps, which is probably higher than some people think they are worth, but the grind I went through to obtain them makes it seem reasonable to me. I do get a buyer every now and then, but my pricing is arbitrary, just a number I picked based on all these factors.
Example: Asylum Worker outfits, not a plan. Can be somewhat common, but also rare.
This is a grind to obtain certain colored outfits and the hats that go with them. People will tell you that they were dupped too much to be sold for a lot of caps. I don't know about that, but I sold a green set, brown set and blue set for a couple grand each depending on the color. The grind still makes them valuable. I based my pricing based on info I found on the internet. I think it was 1,500 for the brown, 2,500 for the blue and 3,500 for the green. The matching hats I sold for 50 caps, just a number I picked. Good luck finding the red outfit, super rare.
