You have to buy it from the vendor inside whitespring bunker. MODUS production terminal. It's not cheap. Make sure to have the perk to have better buy and sells from none player npcs vendors

Oh Crap I only have 700 caps left atm lol, yeah I knew that I just havent been able to get it to spawn, friend told me they were trade-able so was hoping to find someone with one lying around

They can only be bought from MODUS in the bunker. I very rarely see X01 mods for sale at player vendors. Players buy what they want and use them.

While they are tradeable it is unlikely that someone is going to buy it from MODUS for a high price and change their mind to only sell it for a super low price.

you only need nearly around 11 times as budget what you have now :)

Attend a few SBQ events and that flux requirement will not be a problem.
