how much to sell fusion cores for?

For me, sell at 100 caps ... , but rarely at my spot and my playing time ... .

also people never buy cores that are below 100 health, if they are below 100 then just drop them

For me Fusion cores are 65 caps for regular and 85 for ultracite version. Plasma cores are 45 caps and 65 for ultracite version. No problem selling them at this price. Used to be a tidy little money maker for me, but have not sold them for ages due to not having the stash space these days.

If I end up with many that are slightly depleted then I drop them for low level players I see in PA.

Never say never. I have often bought slightly depleted cores from player vendors. Also had no trouble selling slightly depleted cores many times, If they are priced lower than my full core prices.

40 caps or less, for me i sold em for 30-35 caps. The more you advanced into the game the more common you have them. In my opinion selling them for a high price when they`re that easy to obtain and craft is kinda no brainer move.

I generally sold them at 20-50 caps depending on how much stash weight I had handy but 99.999% of the time I just gift them away

I can sell both for 55. Not very often though, because they're common.

Since i want to get rid of stuff, i now sell both plasma and fusion cores at 10 caps each, only 100%+ and those i find in the world, don't even bother with less than 100% on that account. I am however not using any power armor or weapon that needds those, anymore. Previously i used to take 25 caps for 100% fusion cores. My market prices are usually "optimized" for my amount of playing time, camp position and throughput :).
