Looking for "Full-Eye Smudge" face paint

As the title says, I'm looking for this specific face paint. I read that it was part of the Project Clean Appalachia event and now it's available only through trading. I've been looking for it for ages, no luck.

Is the face paint available for purchase in the world, or is it possible only through trading with other players? If it's the latter, is someone willing to sell it?
What category is it anyway? Misc?

unfortunately its not possible, it is from an event called project clean appalachia but its legacy content now, its not a tradeable item, if you were doing the event back in 2019 then it would automatically unlock when you do whatever challenge that event was, its not possible at all for you to get that specific face paint anymore, its legacy content and you had to be there to get it yourself and its not a physical item that can be traded, face paints or hair styles or anything like that cannot be traded in any way and are usually just unlocked in the atomic shop

Well damn. That's some serious middle finger from the developers. You'd expect them to at least put it up for sale in the Atomic Shop nonsense, or have the event repeat each year. I didn't even own the game back then since the reviews were absolutely terrible.

yeah it sucks but thats just how games like this works, things are constantly being added which you have a limited time to get and if you miss them then theyre gone forever, I started playing on pc in 2020 and theres so many things I wouldve loved to get before then but I cant
