Heya, does anyone know where to find this guy? Been looking allover Big Bend tunnel West/ East and inside the tunnel. The guy is nowhere to be found. Does he unlock through a quest or something or is he a random encounter here?

He'll show when Riding Shotgun Event shows, also have you been to Blue Ridge Trading Company in the Ashlands?

He'll show when Riding Shotgun Event shows, also have you been to Blue Ridge Trading Company in the Ashlands?

What Blue Ridge Caravan Company in the Ash Heap? There's the Big Bend Tunnel West location. He's not there. Nor inside the bar hq. So he spawns only during the event. *sigh*

That ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. I've honestly never ever seen that event show up.

Riding shotgun can have 1 of 3 teams. Carver and Libby, Eugenie and Keiran, Aries and... I forget. It's random who will show.

If event hasn't ran they will be at Watoga end, if ran Ash Heap end.

Ok, so I just did the event. It had Kieran and Eugenie in it, who were waiting in Big Bend Tunnel East. When I talked to Vinnie he told them to go ahead with the caravan and they got up and went into the tunnel.

However, after completing the event Kieran and Eugenie are nowhere to be found and also Carver is nowhere to be found either. I checked both East and West and they are now empty of any traders. If I talk to Vinnie he's telling me I can start the event again. But that won't help me if Carver is there and he's just going to be an NPC in the event.

Any suggestions to actually trade with Carver or to make him show up?

Ok, just travelled back and forth and now I found Kieran and Eugenie in Big Bend Tunnel West. Still no sign of Carver in any area. Do I do the event again?

It has a lockout. Server hop and hope you get Carver. Why Carver anyway?

Riding Shotgun is one of the rarest events to spawn. Be happy you got it to show, wish that would show more then Reject Rumble or Line in OMFG NO MORE THIS ♥♥♥♥♥ Sand.

Have you tried the Whitespring vendor? Inside the lower level mall, bot in the furniture store sells luxury items (not sure about that plan exactly).

Yea he sells elegant stuff, just not the couches.

Not sure if it's rare. Only thing is it's a manual start. So if no one starts it, then it's not going to spawn.

Yea fun note is that when I started the event it actually started it, but didn't put me in the event. I had to fast travel to the event for 17 caps for some reason to start it after I triggered it. I went into the tunnel and evertyhing before, but it would just not put me in the event. Some bugs in this game man. Tilting.

Ok, I server hopped like crazy yesterday. Lost count. But everytime I load in, it's Eugenie and Kieran. No one else shows up in this camp with Vinnie. Ugh. What the actual ♥♥♥♥. Does Carver actually exist in this game???
