I do feel the noobs are having a bit of a problem because people (like me) like going to camps where the player is higher level and might have something good to sell in their vending machine. Once they get their five candies they are done. I make it a point to check all the low level camps usually in the forest area or nearby on a couple of servers before I end the day now.
Happy Halloween
I've only just reached level 45 on this character, so I mostly only have meds, a few plans, and some apparel in my vendor. It's clearly a new player vendor when you look at it in the map, so I doubt that attracts anybody, save, possibly, for those who're desperate to get the pirate costume (and I have had a few of those).
Funny, though. I've had a lot of thumbs up from visitors. I'm not sure if it's just because I have candy and the bowl is easy to find.
(I've also been given around 300 plans by visitors, especially those who bought the pirate costume. I don't know if they were just that happy to find it or if my camp really looks that pathetic.... It is pretty simple, to be fair, because I've found barely any furniture plans or anything fancy).
Because it is entirely dependant on which server you are on and who is on that server and if they even know or care about the event, or have already done their 5 pickups and don't care to do any more that day.
If it's not an experiment, perhaps it's a piece of art?
Exactly, I get rewarded for taking candy. You get rewarded when I take candy. It's perfectly aligned.
Now I logged on before work this morning, visited 7 camps and got 5 pieces of candy.
1 camp the bowl was empty.
1 camp I spent 5 minutes looking and could not find the bowl. Beautifully themed halloween camp and yet the bowl can't be found.
what the hell are you smoking?
And then of course there are the few people who seem to just roam for candy. I know I personally make a point of it - everyone wants the reward, so I do my part for them and trust it'll come back somehow.
how I did them within about 10 minutes each day (log on, daily ops, script, sell, and the candy)
If you want the score from the one challenge, you'll have to visit other camps, otherwise the thing doesn't really work. You can argue, that if others visiit others camps, you wouldn't need to, but that's where the experiment comes in. So far my camp got visited often enough, for one data point.
