Addictol can be found in any chem box and there are some world spawns that have high chances of being addictol;best chance are probably the mecial hangar on morgantown airport and the medical room in the penitentiary.

radscorpion eggs can be optained by killing&looting radscorpion

Well there isn't one. Addiction and diseases are a part of the game. Addictol and rad scorpion omelettes are what you use to remove addiction.

More permanent solution? Don't get addicted in the first place.

Addiction and disease are a bit more of an issue with FO76 since the chems are not as easy to craft as in FO4. Hoard any addictol and disease cures you find or purchase at vending machines or vendors early on in your ventures.

Not true.

https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Chem_Resistant_(Fallout_76) can make you 100% resistant to chems addiction.
https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Professional_Drinker can make you 100% resistant to alcoholism.
https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Vaccinated can give you 90% resistance to animal diseases.
https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Natural_Resistance can give you 90% resistance to environmental diseases.

All that said, I do think these are a waste of perk points, since Addicol, Disease Cures or a Symptomatic are easier to use, but if someone wants them in their build that's their choice.

Thought I remembered all the perks but honestly never crossed my mind as addiction has not really been an issue for me. I crafted 20 addictol about 2-3 months back and I still have 13 on me.

OP does not specify what addictions. You would need that perk and the alcohol one to be completely immune from all addictions. Too big of a perk investment for such a minor inconvenience but each to their own.

Addictions can be removed and they are gone until you abuse the chems or booze again.
