Well there isn't one. Addiction and diseases are a part of the game. Addictol and rad scorpion omelettes are what you use to remove addiction.
More permanent solution? Don't get addicted in the first place.

All that said, I do think these are a waste of perk points, since Addicol, Disease Cures or a Symptomatic are easier to use, but if someone wants them in their build that's their choice.

Thought I remembered all the perks but honestly never crossed my mind as addiction has not really been an issue for me. I crafted 20 addictol about 2-3 months back and I still have 13 on me.
OP does not specify what addictions. You would need that perk and the alcohol one to be completely immune from all addictions. Too big of a perk investment for such a minor inconvenience but each to their own.
Don’t want to be addicted, don’t use them,
