Yar, Fiber Optics kind of a pain in the patookis. I check Whitespring vendors, sometimes one of them will have x5 bulk fiber optic pack (50). Then there's a few spots where you can server hop to get the Fog Crawler x3 spawn. But that's annoying. I really wish they would put Fiber Optics on a consistent enemy or some other way (like breaking down laser rifle, at least x1).

I just need this so I can make ultracite laser pistols, break them down and have mods for my legendary one I found haha.

Fog monsters drop many.
Scrap robots ie Biometric scanners
Robco Research Center has lots of microscopes and robots to kill for scrap.
Glassed Cavern for fog crawlers maybe, cant recall.
Buy when you can for stock.
