I give up where is the Heart Wrencher Skin?

I have claimed it.

I cannot find it anywhere including in outfits, armor, etc... I assumed I would have to build it but it does not exist there too.

Is it a weapon skin?

Its a weapon skin, you use a weapon workbench. And add it to a pipe wrench you either looted or made.

So they want me to run around and bash heads in with a pretty wrench. Go figure that one.

There are Challenges, in which you need to look at for example, "Kill 20 robs" etc with it. This doesn't mean you need use the pipe wrench to kill them all way. You could use anything like gun leave them 1 hp away from death than finish them off with wrench. The key thing is you need to finish kill something with it.

Also most of it is for limit time cosmetics, if you don't like idea then well don't do it.

Just a friendly tip, you can craft a wrench. The difference between a legendary Wrench and a basic one is so little. The difference is basically a nail and a screw, both can be hammered in.

I used it to get the achievement and then tried to put it up for sale but it would not allow it.

you can NOT sale items with skins aplied on them, to be able to drop or trade (wending or npc) the item must be with default skin option applied, (well or atleast non atom shop type skin)

Yeah I'm guessing it was because I was an out of date client that it wouldn't show up, hoping when my advanced turtle speed internet (up to 7.5 gigabits (~1 gigabyte, 8 bits to a byte... deceptive terms they use) and no you don't ever see that... I laugh at 750 MB/S... Man I get like 1 MB/S)

I could upgrade my shaw cable package... but I feel like having the up to 10 terabit speed would just really be 1.0 mb/s... Up to... we didn't say you'd actually ever experience that, but you COULD, in THEORY, maybe...

well i have 20 Mbit/s wireless net and i t sometimes see download speeds going up to 22Mbit/s for me (one of lithuanian providers)
