Fallout 1st (Steam) not activated
Bought Fallout 1st (Steam). In the Steam library, this product was displayed, BUT in the game itself there is no access to the bonuses of the Fallout 1st product, there is a lock on the "Closed World" selection and they ask to buy a subscription! When I click on the subscription purchase link, Steam opens with a subscription page and it says that this product is already in my library! Restarting the game, Steam too, did not help. Support is asleep and not responding. Can anyone help with advice?

It should be immediat, as soon as transaction is accepted (money transfert...)
At least it is for me

Restart game

You could also check...

Email from Steam confirming transaction
Bank account...if money has moved away
Under Steam parameters, account management, there is a tab with all your (past and present) subscriptions...you should find the one for Fallout76 there (and current status)

same here tbh, but im talking too Bethesda support, or sent a ticket

Think its something with the linking of accounts tbh since i played this long time ago.

Hey there - I have been having the same issue. Bethesda "Jerry" said make sure you send a jpg proof because even though it says others are acceptable, they aren't! Also Bethesda "Christian" says wait 72 hours even though it is a time-sensitive thing...

I am sorry to hear about the confusion with the 72 hours and why that is a thing. Not a problem, as we can go through that.

Here’s what happens: When you make an online or mobile payment from a checking account, your bank processes your draft request and sends it to the ACH network with a batch of others. From there, the draft goes into one of two systems – one run by the Federal Reserve or the other, operated by The Clearing House (TCH), which is owned by commercial banks. The ACH network then sorts the transaction and makes the money available to the recipient, and the payment is complete.

The process takes one or three business days. And even though the system is automated, the machines still keep a banker’s schedule – no holidays, weekends or evenings

If you do not have those purchased items after those full 72 hours, let us know. This way we can get this investigated with Steam.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I would be more than happy to assist you. A simple reply to this email can immediately reopen your ticket so we may resume our conversation.

but they are taking over an hour to respond for every respond i make:S or do i miss something ? even sendt them pictures etc

This response is from 24 hours later. They state in FAQ that it can take up to 72 hours to even respond to a ticket and every time you update it, you get bumped to the end of the line.

Here is what else was sent to me because I had opened a new ticket realizing I gave them the wrong number the first time:

Yesterday we addressed an issue where some Fallout 76 players on Steam did not have their in-game benefits activate / get granted after purchase or when switching from a 30-Day membership to a 1-Year membership. At this time we believe all impacted players should no longer be experiencing any issues with their Fallout 1st memberships.

Same here. I just renewed today, but nothing i get. I also bought 2000 Atoms, but i didn't got them. Bethesda failed deliver 1st and my Atoms. So they taken cash. This is a scam.
