Just checked and I have the T51b right leg plan. I will Pull it from my vendor in case you are interested.
I'll buy it from you, just add me on Steam, in-game is Ryvucz.
Look for the spawn locations
Caps are meant for newbs.
Raider, T-45, T-51b, and T-60 can be found attached to random chassis in the world.
Be careful, Empty a Chassis and keep it with you. Add the parts you want to the Chassis. Chassis weight 10 lbs regardless of what is on them, but the power armor parts off a chassis are extremely heavy.
T-51b and T-60 parts are worth using. Raider and T-45 are a bit weak.
Ah, then a couple tips:
1. You can get a quest from train station posters in the south. "Miner Miracles" is the quest to allow you to craft "Excavators" power armor at level 25. Full set has a bonus to mining and carry weight. People usually keep a set because of these bonuses.
2. A couple quests reward you with a full set of power armor. Raider and Ultracite. Raider is weak and Ultracite is too expensive in the long run. Using them is fine, but don't waste time modding them.
