Looking to friend people who vendor junk items

Really sick of constantly being out of screws and adhesives. Can someone friend me or tell me their username in the game so I can friend them and come to their camp and buy scrap from them? It just seems like scrap/junk is not sold very much on player vendors, but i do see it occasionally.

You are doing something wrong. Some extra information:

1. Few weapon mods are worth the scrap while leveling. Long Barrel and Suppressor are probably all you need on your main weapon.

2. Repair costs the same amount whether the gun has a minor scratch or is completely broken. Don't repair early.

3. You can make Vegetable Starch which can scrap into Adhesive.

invest in 3 perks and ur set.
1st. max out hard bargain so u can buy screws from npc vendors on station's / white spring curort (5x10 for 1k caps or so in total)
2nd. max out fix it good
3th. max out weapon artisan
and switch to them when u need , 200% durability is on the same lv as if u use gunsmith / power patcher / white knight , and u can combine them but it isn't necessary.

second advice , screws are droped by larger monsters like yao guai , so u have to hunt them down , witch 3 luck they drop from 5 to 6 screws and u can easly locate them in many spots accros map

as for adhesive , duno i never find it hard to find it on lot's off location's , just do trick with pipboy and u'll find lots of it in no time

For a ton of Screws you want to do "A Colossal Problem" when it pops up - even if you're low level, just try to tag and loot as many Wendigo Spawn as possible while taking cover behind high level players, and even if you get killed you don't drop loot in the mine during the event. Have a hazmat or power armour for when you exit the mine at you'll be in a blast zone where you will lose your junk if you die from high rads.

Also, if you have Fallout 1st, you could setup a workshop in Private

Charleston Landfill worksjop has 3 Junk nodes
You can setup your Camp on a Junk node too
4 Junk nodes make quite a lot of screws passively
They wont make you tens immediatly, but it adds up quite nicely over time

Heck, im level 200+ now, and my Camp is still on a Junk node...and will never move from it....

He is still early level player. he will not survive the wendigo spawn.

You can also toggle a option in the pip boy junk tab to highlight items that have the scrap you need in them so you can only pick up what you are looking for at that time to stop any overburden you might get from other unnecessary junk, it will show a little magnifying glass next to item name when you go to pick it up if it has the materials in that you need.

yeah i get one glue after five billion hours of waiting. not worth it. i tried setting up a farm, had turrets all around, came back after doing other stuff, farm was destroyed, turrets didn't kill stuff while i was away. no idea what happened but it was a waste also when i actually did have stuff to far it was like a bunch of one corn and/or tato but like one mutfruit so i couldn't even craft the stupid vegetable starch, all to get 2 adhesive when instead i actually need infinity billion to do anything. so yeah i just want a better resource than trying to grow ♥♥♥♥

It is very easy to get plenty adhesive

Have some water purifiers
Plant like 10-15+ of each...Corn, Tato, Mutfruit
Go play
When you come back, equip green thumb and super dupper perks
Craft Vegetable starch
Scrap it
Switch back to combat perks
Go play
Repeat...

In no time (some days...not some minutes...) you should have so many adhesives you wont even know what to do with them
