Meanwhile, you can drink some alcohol when you need Charisma. addicted to alcohol affect only charisma, maybe strengh too, not sure ... . Anyway, your best bet for now will be finding some addictol in first aid containers/medical bag and in any infirmary you will encounter ... . Check at the Morgantown Airport area and you will find some if not, you can : don't take anythings in containers/medical bag and server hops until you find what you search ... .

There are 2 addictol spots in Morgantown i know of
In the Tatoo shop
Airport, in the Medical laboratory hangar

Also the one in Monongah, in the lab for 'the quest to speak with animals'

If a daily calls for drink x amount of alcohol in a day, if you drink too fast, you become a drunk. If you space it out over the day you're good.

Sometimes people will sell Adictol in their vendors.
