This game is getting even more glitchy, NOT better, like it's New Vegas on a Xbox 360, w/out a XBOX live membership.

Check the atom shop, it is not uncommon for ones settings for emotes and loot bag to be reset to the defaults from your custom choices.

same thing after update, went to atom shop turned loot bag back on problem solved, common after update.

Leveling does almost nothing after level 45-55, as you can't add to stats.
Uninstalled, so not my problem anymore. :)
Sick of the glitches where you pick off HP, only to have them glitch-out and start with MAX-HP and these are non-legendaries.

New updates tend to reset all of your selected options.

New update reset some things. All you have to do to fix it is reequip the loot bag you have.

Not sure what the rest of you post has to do with the title though

If having specific selected options reset, makes you rage quit this badly, I recommend not playing any modern video game. I've played hundreds if not thousands of different types of games, and your options resetting after an update is common with games that have updates.
