Bloodied serendipity, dodgy, ricochet (needs ap regen armor), doesnt hurt to have DR perks

god rolls and legacy guns help

For me I'm always in power armor, using my Vampire Gauss Minigun, and as long I don't run into 6 of them hit scanning me it's an easy mode.

This. It pushes the 'meta' from high DR/ER stats to specific armour sets with % mitigation (species, sentinel, cavalier etc).

I guess it means go out and farm many sets of armour, get your grind in so you're never really done.

There is one thing I kind of like that the meta for Fallout 76 can be versatile. Yes Bloodied is theoretically the highest DPS but of course at that cost of being always at very low health. I've seen plenty of players run Bloodied in Daily OPS deadly attacks and be fine and I've seen players run Bloodied and just die all the time lol. I personally like running cookie cutter Vanguard armor with Quad or AA/Explosive weapons.

those bloodied who die, likely dont have the right build + armor. Like i mentioned you need extra dr up to a point, and dmg reduction perks, blocker, dodgy, serendipity, ricochet.

And AP regen armor will benefit dodgy a lot. But even if you are bloodied and have 20% health for nerd rage it doesn't stop u from spamming super stimpacks for increased healing that works like not taking damage also. And the more endurance you have the better they work even if you have ur health irradiated + healing perks

I have a bloodied farmer armor and I just roll with 3 ap regen pieces and the rest of it is random unyielding armor + jetpack piece with it. I don't even care for anything extra and I don't even use sneak either. I use heavy guns with bloodied which is not the most effective thing but it works for me. I like that I can use fusion cores and plasma cores to farm, they got loads of ammo + flamer.

I do want to attempt a bloodied build, I have a near full 4/5 set of Unyielding Brotherhood armor that I've kept, I just haven't gotten the time to set it up heh. I have a blooided Gauss Shotgun and I got myself down to the lowest threshold for damage and the damage numbers are pretty impressive.

Literally just crouch before you turn the corner into the room where you know enemies are. Decryption enemies dont get piercing gaze, so they're just as blind as the other AI in game. If you have any kind of decent build, you can just delete them before they get a shot in.

Been using Non-PA bloodied explosive build and it's a breeze, pistol build before that.
