Most useless perks?
Just curious what people think are the most useless perks to have for builds. I think I could have chosen better perks when leveling up.

Keep in mind that I'm still fairly new, so with that, I would have to say the ones involving food and water. Like Dromedary, Slow Metabolizer... since being hungry and thirsty doesn't carry any penalties.

what about the vats system, well my first one was put into that until I had to use it. I just saying the enemy doesn't slow down or anything but I guess you hit a high crit.

That is one of the best perks in the game, allowing you to target limbs.

Anything dealing with Disease, Hunger, or Thirst generally isn't AS useful, but they can be ok for a low level.

You'll get all the perks you could ever want and more, so there's no need to worry about a bad choice.

Well that's good to know I was just trying to make it similar to the single player games, since everyone seems to do their own thing instead of teaming up.

The concentrated fire is really useful, at lvl 1 you can target the limbs and each next shot has +damage and +hit chance based on the level of the perk. Gun fu lvl 1 is also quite useful, you automatically switch to the next target if the first one is down. Lvl 2 and 3 are not that useful, usually you won't have enough AP to last that long.
If you have a high chance to hit then VATS is much better because it tracks the target, in case of a fast moving target if your lag is high you'll never hit without VATS unless the targets runs directly at you.

You sure about that? Most bloody builds run like heck from Rad Sponge.

Thread is asking about useless perks. That is a useless perk for Bloodied.

... unless they need to farm a Blast Zone, then it isn't as useless as people think.

The most usless perk is one I don't remember the name of and can't be bothered to look up it's so useless, is the one that provides healing during rain or radstorms.

Rain/radstorms are too random to spend points on for a minor effect better handled by any other form of healing.

Ok, yeah. I got nothing on that one. There is no situation or build where that would be a good choice.

licensed plumber (int) pipe weapons degrade slower and cheaper to repair

scrounger (luc) sounds great but its to random

moomans suggestion was storm chaser (luck)

Those all have their place, even if it isn't in a min/max build.
