Looking for Scaly Skin Serum for at least 400 caps.

I accidentally removed one of my mutations due to a glitch where starched genes wasn't active. I originally bought all my mutants for 400 caps each. Now I can't find anyone who is selling the Scaly Skin. If you have it and want to sell it please contact me. I am not looking for the plan just the serum. I don't have the caps to really buy the plan plus I haven't even started the enclave quest line yet. Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

yeah the servers... well when they effectively said "cheat all you want we will ban your alts for 72 hours and wipe them but not touch your mains" what the cheaters heard was "greenlight greenlight gogogo before its fixed"

Ah, so that's whats going on. Can barely take 5 steps before "controls and stealth suspended because we're standing you up, good luck when we give you back control!" pops up.
