Where to Decrypt Launch Codes?

This is really starting to piss me off and am starting to think it's bugged. I am at the part in "I am become death" that wants me to go launch a nuke, but I can't access the silo without a decrypted code, all of the buttons just turn green at the doors and do nothing. I've already gone to the food plant and accessed the terminal there but it didn't tell me anything useful at all, and prior to that I accessed the archives in the Enclave bunker that led me to the food plant. Where am I supposed to go to decrypt these codes? The game isn't telling me ♥♥♥♥, and no the nuke is not on cooldown because I have been on my private server for 2 weeks and it's my first time doing this.

hunt down and kill a TON of scorched officers

hope to get enough parts of the weekly resetting code pieces from them

go to the enclave bunker under whitesprings, use some skillz to decrypt the nuclear launch code

gets easier as the week goes on to solve it there, but also becomes less useful

Where do I go to do all that? I have the codes but I need specific locations.

Watched both videos, and can confirm that my character is bugged. Its says I should be able to enter any site If I have a keycard. I have several and none of the site doors will open.

Sounds like it could be bugged if you are following the vid and it won't even let you in

OP clearly says in their first post they are on the quest "I am become death". You become a General in the quest before that, "Officer on Deck".

So you go to Site Alpha, open the elevator doors, put your hand on the reader and what happens?

What does it say? If there is a problem, it will give you a verbal error message.

You don't have to have codes or a card to get into the silo. As long as you are a general and can fight your way through to the launch room you can. It's just at that point where you go [censored] I only had one card and screwed up the codes.

I know this may sound like crazy talk. But have you tried doing it on a public server? I launched two tonight, and a friend launched one and while her silo glitched in the control room. In the end, we killed three queens. The first two back to back.

I used the scanner at every entrance and nothing happens. No message pops up, nothing. I went into a public server and asked for help, they got me into the facility via fast travel and it went fine. For some damn reason it just wouldn't let me in when I was solo. I don't know what caused this, but it's resolved now; and hopefully it stays resolved cus I don't wanna have to keep asking for assistance with that.
