Noob Question About PA

So, I found the chassis but when I try putting T-45/51/60 pieces on it, I get a message that says 'Remove high level Power Armor pieces to use this Power Armor frame'. What exactly does this mean? Am I too high/low level? I'm currently level 45.

That means, one of your eguiped armor piece is level 50. R¤emove that piece and try enter again

Gotcha. So to be safe overall, I should wait until I'm level 50. Thanks for clarifying that. Cause I read online you have to be level 40 & I've been running into this message still.

Have check this, lately, PA parts on frame you found don't level up with your character. Still, forest region suppose to have the lowest level one and cranberry bog the highest ... .

You don't need to wait for anything, like the other guy said just remove the part that's above your level and use the rest. Pa part have levels just like the rest of your gear.

Look at the frame and see whst pieces are too high for your level.

Remove them from the frame into your inventory.

Enter the frame.

Exit the frame.

Place pieces back on the frame.

In 90 seconds the frame will recall to your inventory.

You can now save that frame and pieces for only 10 pounds carry weight until you can wear it.

Works for any level you and the pieces are.

Noted. Thanks for your input all. I'll be sure to check the pieces of gear & see what's higher than my current level.

you can use the power armor frame at level 1/ raider power armor at 25. excavator then t-45 are both below level 50 t-51 t-60 x-01 ultracite t-65 need higher level.
do not not use power armor for the next 5 levels because of one piece of kit.
find another piece you can use and go buck. you may even be able to craft some pieces by now from event rewards i forget all the time the stuff i can build until im in a bench.

Thanks. I played earlier & one of the T pieces was indeed level 45, hence which I couldn't use it when I was 40 for example. But I got a full set now w/ T-45, 51 & 60 pieces on the frame & only plan to use it in situations that require it. I appreciate the insight of plans from events & the ability to craft the armor later on.
