Hellcat power armor skin?

So basically i love the look of the Hellcat power armor but there seems to be no skins for it.

It boggles me why the new Steel Reign bundle does not include a skin for this as they released on the same day, it would give a goot cause to buy the bundle. Is there any way to get a skin for this bad ass looking armor?

There is none at the moment. I thought the pa color was black but it's this ugly brown color on it. Imo

Not adding some skins for the new power armor really is the weirdest thing.
I mean, i would have expected a more enthusiastic shop update with the new patch in general.
If they still don't add any with the next weekly shop reset i will just no longer try to understand anything they do.

No sure if this is a bug or not but when I went to foundation just now to cash in my 40 treasury notes for the day I accidentally clicked on Samuel and amongst the known bullion plans at the top of the list it says that "Hellcat - motion assist servos" and Hellcat - Cooling vents" are both known, as in I have bought them.

Update has only been live for 4 days and I have not bought any bullion plans at all recently. My gold bullion has not been spent, the amount I have is correct I am sure.

So why does it say I already know these two Hellcat PA bullion plans?

@insert food here Those 2 mods are learned automatically when you get the plans to craft the armor after completing the quest.

Ok thanks for the info. However I have not done any of the new BoS quests yet. They must be automatically learn with the new update.

Total skin changer "skins" should apply to the armor. Those skins are basically sets of power armors without stats anyway. Like Libery Prime set for example.

If they don't apply then it is a bug as they should apply to all armors.

I honestly believe they would sell alot more of the Steel Reign bundle if it included the skin for the Hellcat. Atleast for me personally.

Its just bad marketing imo.

I don't recall them ever releasing skins for something new immediately together. Maybe the camera, I never cared about that and I remember camera paints fairly soon after it was released. There isn't much of a point having a skin so soon after something comes out, you never get to see what the actual item looks like if you immediately throw a skin on it

I play on a low spec PC with low texture quality and it looks horrible, the worst PA by far at that setting.

The brown is bad too as it doesn't match any other skins so mixing and matching elements is out.

I've read that the default red head lamp will disappear if you reskin the helmet, so that sucks for things like Liberty Prime or Red Shift/Scare.

This will be a stashbox only I'm afraid as bullion cost is high for little real gain.

If it helps my pc is set to 'Potato' (or Tato?) and I like the hellcat quite a bit.

He said it's the worst looking PA on low settings and that he'll just leave it in the stash. He said nothing about whether or not you can like it. Not everyone has an opinion that involves you and that is O.K.

i was disapointed in the specs, they are lower than my s.s even with all perks, if you go into a rad zone you have to pop rad x an rad away just like with the s.s, i dont carry either i just use my t65 which has all around better specs an over 800 rr so no rad problems, is there a way to improve the specs, ??, i have not seen anyone here talking about this thats why i am asking.
