Campfire Tales is now bugged

the final part of the event now has waves of enemies when before the legendary camper turned wendigo would spawn immediately with all the other bugs.

it's impossible to keep the fire going for 3 waves because there aren't enough firewood to keep it going :/

wood spawns under the trees. Just keep grabbing those and put them into the fire.

i've completed 15 or so in the last weeks, 10 solo. never had waves of enemies at the end, so i assume it's a bug because them changing it to waves with not enough wood to keep it going for 3 waves seems asinine to me and not intentional.

Wow, it's so hard to pick up 15 sticks and put them to fire once in a while....
Buy thrower or start paying atention.

there are multiple endings to campfire tales a google search would have saved you this ... topic being posted.

but hey not everyone has played since the event released so everyone can learn something new today.

youve never had a legendary scorpion and a few other scorps with the waves of insects after the bot sings the bug song? thats the ODD part in this topic. that youve only experienced one ending when the girl goes into her screaming part and then nina spawns.

thats really the (unintentional pun) bug here imho... you got waves of bugs once and thought it was bugged hehe.... bugs. the camp fire portion might have had a hiccup but waves of bugs is indeed one of the endings.

You will get waves of insects or the wendigo. Not sure if there are others as I have never had them. The holotape story of the camper that plays will be different depending on what you get.

Often what I have seen is it is the insects version of the event that will see the campfire almost go out due to players running around paying too much attention to the insects and not to the fire.
