Can you sell/trade/gift plans bought from Minerva?

Through a mistake last night I bought two copies of the Grocer's Backpack mod. I've learned one and want to get rid of the other - I saw I can't sell it through my camp vendor, but is there another vendor in-game to sell it to? If not, can these be traded or gifted to other players? I would rather someone else get to use it instead of just dropping it and letting it despawn.

Nope.

Bullion plans cannot be dropped, sold, traded. If you accidentally buy the same plan twice, you're out the gold.

Be sure to have learned the plan of all your related gold bullion purchase too ... , Have bought double and it's wasted ... !!!
