A friend actually got them for the first time this week. She didn't realize how rare it was. Just that she found an ultracite plan she didn't know yet.
T-60 will probably work better and be a damn sight easier to find cal shocks on, the mods can be found in either vendor at watoga, though kinda random there, T-65 is ok as well, but requires the bullion grind to get, and do not forget we are getting legendary power armour later on today when the game updates, well according to the road map we are anyway, and they have not said it is not coming, but true they also have not specifically said it is either, so meh.
Well i dont really need the plans for it i just want to make it for the legs, im willing to provide the materials and im very new to the game but i am level 50 and been looking though guides and hope if someone that has the blueprint that is willing to update the legs for me to let me get a head start for daily ops, much appreciate if someone can do it.
the problem is that i made it and i dont really want to dismantle it after realising that it doesnt increase my weight limit
Ultracite is not a great PA. It is ok but it is very hard to mod as you found out, and it is expensive to craft and repair as it requires ultracite material. Stat wise it is not anything special when you factor in how hard modding it can be and the extra crafting and repair cost.
Other PA with the exception of the T-65, is very easy to craft , repair and mod.
You could just use the legs from a different set of PA. That way you can keep some of what you crafted and still get the extra carry weight benefit from calibrated shocks.
You will eventually drop it. You get a set for free during questing anyway.
It costs Ultracite to repair and the popular mods are rare. It's not worth keeping over T-51b, X-01, or T-60 which have similar stats with common mods and repair materials.
