Mysterious Stranger still Broken - anyone else??

This has been a issue since.. as long as iv been using it for, quite a while, Mysterious Stranger just doesn't work, it shows the icon that it gets activated, I have the skill and a gun that makes it activate more often every 1-3 shoots saves ammo and its just fun .

But it just stops working or just doesnt work, sometimes with the card you can re-equip it and/or un-equip it and quit/leave the game then re-equip it when back and that doesnt work sometimes when it does work fast travel/enter a place can break it Iv noticed.
Aand other times Mysterious Stranger does Work but doesnt shot anything.....

I guess no Fun allowed, Im using a Legendary Powder Rifle so you know, shoots slow but its fun to use and the Mysterious Stranger spawns every 1-3 shoots and actually makes it a gun you can use for most combat

anyone else have this issues or know ways to fixthis??? send help plz

It's only value is as a distraction to the mobs you are fighting. They may focus on it and not you.

perhaps but im able to trigger it a lot with a gun so it can be powerful when using a single shot gun

yeea as I can trigger Mysterious Stranger a lot, its enough time to reload the slow loading gun, maybe some might think its bad, but its part of the game and can be fun to use personally :D

I've tried to use the mysterious stranger revive but he never did and once I saw him only when I dropped into a ragdoll
Very useless, better use reviving armor legendary

Level 1 of the card seems to be the only version that actually works. Level 2 and three activate but he never shows up.

oh I see only have level3, was playing for a bit he finally started to work, not sure how it fixed, now its broken again
