Unpopular opinion: Fo76 is a really decent game
I mean maybe there might be some like minded people :) and before anyone tries proving me wrong saying that the game had 0 content back on launch or anything, I’ve been playing since BETA and racked up over 600 hours on Bethesda and 300 hours on Steam.

It's a pretty good game, definitely worth the asking price(especially on sale)

Problem is the initial release was bad and got ♥♥♥♥ on by everyone and their mother, it's hard to come back from that. BUT, Bethesda are the masters at coming back from terrible releases, just look at ESO... Horrible release, now a top 5 MMO, probably 2nd or 3rd in the West. Bethesda tends to release few games, and stick with them. Not an excuse to release games in an unfinished state, but they tend to fix them rather than abandon like most other large gaming corporations

Still hurts what kind of bugs happen to happen ~ server crashing, item duplication, build/game breaking more rare, but you'll probably have to wait for the next patch, once in a while - then again, concerning me, 'next patch' has always happened so far, they even fixed the atrocious wheel. Concerning server crashing and duplication there are pro and con:
Pro: Minecraft had them too, again and again, and that's been written in JAVA. You're not alone! Perhaps.
Con: Stuff like interacting with the other item, when after clicking one item, the mouse moved, are or have been really fishy. A developer probably would expect worse, from there on. Mind "concurrency" and so on.

That being said, i'd also rather recommend it, strongly recommending to dig around for forums like this and other information, asking or looking up concerning how gameplay and state of things are now, and if this game really is, what you would play or try to play. Don't just judge by previous Fallout titles and what you would expect from a "sequel", which Fallout 76 is not in that sense, as it is the "online experiment on a budget" rather, turning more and more mature, in terms of whatever it is now, and wherever it is going now.

It is and it aint.

Once you have run the silo 3-4 times it aint hard at all. It is also easier to go in solo than bring others as it increases spawns.

However even once you have it down it is still a ten to twenty minute run to launch a nuke, if it is done without photomode wall hacking cheat.
I launched a nuke yesterday, barely shot any enemies until near the end and just sucked up all the bullets. Took me 20 mins. I launched it into cranberry bog and no one showed up for the event ;_;

Ahhh That' sounds like a dream too me! I want to do it alone! Test my metal!!!!!!!!!!! ooh I.m excited...

Did not get into it until well after its disasterous launch. I do not regret waiting and I definitely do not regret playing it late. 2 months in, 580 hours logged, at level 185 and having a blast!

Yet the moment you launch that same nuke to some area to farm mobs for fluxes you get a whole horde of people.

Yea i've never dropped a nuke either, the whole design is a chore.
lol Yeah if you do decide to drop one you better be ready. The turrets P! me off the most.
Knowing me i'd screw up and drop a nuke on the wayward or worse myself...

Luckily you can’t drop it on the main area as it’s blocked off (wayward, vault 76 etc)

I seen someone I helped through the silo target their own camp.
I seen another drop it on the silo we were in.
I seen strangers miss the SBQ crater.

That whole thing about almost coumting in horse shoes, hand grenades and nuclear warfare aint really true.
