Isn't it a rare reward for completion of the Grahm event ? Grahm only sells the mods right ? This event is so confusing, Grahm is never at his own event. I've seen him once and everyone was circled around him locking it up and he poofed when the event ended so I never even got to see his inventory.

Pepper shaker plan only comes from the event reward, while mods for the shaker are bullion patterns so you have to head over to a relevant vendor.

People are hogging grahm cause of some of the patterns you can only get from him, but except for chally's feed they arn't unique to meat week its just uncommon to run into grahm out in the open world the rest of the time. (iv only bumped into him like....four or five times? Once he came charging in during the Meditation event blasting ghouls lol)

i have gotten the plans several times, sold the for 50 caps, just visit venders, i stay maxed on caps all the time so dont need the caps. players venders

Does anyone still have a plan for sale? I have been looking at player vendors and not found one only the crafted normal pepper shakers. I'm still kicking myself as I saw one for sale during an event and not bought one :(

join a trading discord, you can likely easily find tons of people willing to sell them

i have a pepper shaker plan i can sell but since i run aristocrat's (which means i have to stay over 29k caps but get maxed at 40k i haven't been able to put it up for any decent amount or i can easily end up getting little or nothing which has already happened to me. if you want to contact me we can maybe work something out where i can spend down under 29 and/or take other things in trade instead like ultracite ammo or ore.
