Enclave scout mask

I really dig the scout sets so been farming them and all I need now is the forest chest piece and the forest/urban mask. Look it up and it has a 0.15% drop chance. Why does the it have such a god awful drop rate?

Yeah I still to this day don't know why they changed it. Apparently the masks used to be sold by the Enclave vendor, but they switched it to be some stupid rare drop.

Personally I found it easier to get the caps needed to buy the mask from another player. If you get lucky, you can find someone willing to sell an Urban for 20-40k, forest seems to go for 50-60k but I've never bothered.

Because this is a grinding game and that's kind of the whole point. It's already piss-easy to get almost everything as is, at least a few items are rare enough to be worth *something*

Try daily ops or check minerva or player vendor for a chance of covert scout armor mask plan which is basically the same mask, albeit different color.

Ehhh.... You have thorn armor or stealth wariant with mask, just change to them, only diffrence would be color theme and additional bonuses.

wonder why they make it so hard to get masks, the helmet for all sets of armor is usually the most expensive piece to buy with bullion and scout masks are very hard to get, why? why do they make mask so incredibly hard to get

It's been Bethesda's modus operandi for ages now. I mean are they still using the Oblivion engine for this game? They release a game and let the modders fix it for them. Bethesda is a lazy company. Loads of things in this game just arnt worth it because they aren't coded properly like the chainsaw which even with perks gets dominated by the other weapons in terms of raw damage. God I want to run with one of those and pretend to be doomslayer or something but no Bethesda still havent done anything about that awesome weapon. This kinda business model is endemic in society right now where profit is the sole underlying factor in the companies existence. None of these companies or corporations care about good relationships with thier customers anymore. It's all about how much they can squeeze out of the 'whales'

F.F.S this is what I mean they literally cannot be bothered to make anew engine even though it would benefit them massively.
