Does lone wanderer perk work when I join a casual team?

No. Lone Wanderer only works when you are solo and not on a team. The moment you join a team, even if you are the only member, it will stop working.

I remove Lone wanderer and put in Inspirational perk for the 15% XP as soon as I join any team.
