Upd: The "only" possible way i found is play NW and then get back, but it lasted only for a login.

Use a skin over at nexus mods. I use EVB (Enhanced Vanilla Bodies). Specifically to remove those bra straps.

Yep, the nexus mods are fine. Bethesda says to use them at own risk meaning if they break your game, it's on you to figure out how to unbreak your game.

Basically just make sure you know how to use mods and to keep them updated, and to check nexus mod pages after each patch to see if anyone using the mods you are using has reported any issues.

The EVB skin hasn't needed an update in forever (except that it doesn't work properly on your allies, but nobody cares enough to fix that, not an issue worth caring about).
