try to log in, if it helped - congratulations, if not, then delete what you wrote in the parameters and try to log in again. Personally, it helped me:cozybethesda:

I just filed for a refund for the second time, Steam denied me because I had some time playing the game during the trial and they don't give a crap. I gave a detailed reason why yes, I wanted a refund, I'd prefer to just play the game and they just gave the generic response of "We can't give you a refund cause you over two hours er er er er." My second request for a refund was filled with a little more colorful language because of that response.

So Bethesda won't acknowledge that I own the game and Steam won't give me back my money because of the time I played before I owned it. Can anyone spell out "Royally Ticked Off?!"

And if I also played enough on the trial version, then I will not be refunded either? 25 hours

and then what to do. Steam against us, bethesda do not want to respond in support.

Is it possible that when a new patch comes out, these problems will disappear?

Possible. At this point I'm just ridiculously glad that I purchased this on heavy sale.

Steam will most likely give you the same generic answer they gave me if you played that long on the trial. It's unfortunate to say the least that we didn't know that going in.

patience is a virtue.

do not expect an instant response back from bethesda support, they can fix it but will take them many days.

unfortunately that is just the way it is :steamsad:
