Hacked weapon?

I have an Ultragatling b / e and it tells me that it is hacked weapon.
what does it mean?
And I plan to change it for a Cryolator ts / e / 90, is it a good idea?

both weapons is legacy weapon/hacked weapon
thats mean already remove from the game but still in game through hack and dupe from old weapon
It deal significant amount damage and Explosive effect to laser things

Is a legacy weapon of top tier, if you have one that you didn't get yourself then its been duped and is not legit

When you say the one tells you its a hacked weapon does it actually say it on the weapon?

Twin shot and explosive was removed from those weapons because it just broke everything, they are in process of some pretty major anti bloodied and high damage nerfs can't really say I blame them, the borderlands 3 thing is kinda a thing... Where they raise the level cap and thus every patch they wipe out the value of every gun that existed before it

If someone gets a weapon that is broken, and nothing can beat it they stop playing.
If they stop playing they stop paying or at least the potential for playing
If other players see them using it and don't do anything, then they stop playing and then stop potentially paying

Do you know if it is a true legacy or a duped one. If it's duped that means it is not legal to the game.

The only true legacy ones are from people who got them themselves

Less than 0.0001% of them aren't duped going around, and at that rate even the non duped will get purged if and when they purge
