Key to the Past (Rose's) End Quest Question - Spoilers!

Hey guys!

So I have just completed this insanely annoying fetch quest chain, and I am confused by the end reward - am I missing something or after all that headache we got literally nothing at the end of it all? Other than a continuation quest for Free smth or rather? The quest was listed under main category, and I have no clue why it was a main quest? What's the point of it? Feels like a royal middle finger from BGS...

For all the free power armors, they will just appear as "Power Armor Chasis" in your inventory so be careful about that if you ever drop or scrap a power armor chasis.

Good advice. Here is more, keep them on the chassis since it will only weigh 10 lbs. and then rename them so you know which armor is which.

Lol I scrapped it, I think. Or dropped it, I can't even recall. Oh well, I'm not a big PA person anyway. I'll keep it in mind in case I get one like that in another quest. Thanks!
really wish BGS explained these things in-game somehow....
