Time to move on then. But you got to a whopping level 4. My dog has a longer attention span..
There's definitely more grind now. One Wasteland makes leveling a new character even worse but you can alleviate it if you have some familiarity with the game.
If you play by yourself:
Fallout 1st makes leveling much easier. Stick to Super Mutants. They give much more experience per kill, drop weapons, ammo, gunpowder and caps.
Find the following locations: Whitesprings, Foundation, Huntersville and West Tek. Drop a survival tent at Whitesprings. Clear Golf course and inner parking lot. Leave the rest. Fast travel to Foundation then fast travel to Huntersville. Clear Huntersville. Fast travel to West Tek. Clear the outside and inside of West Tek.
Quit game and repeat on Private Server.
Quit game and repeat on Public Server.
Early on, go inside Whitesprings and find the Gourmet/Gourmand merchant. The robot will sell Cranberry Relish. It gives 10% experience buff. Once you get Herbivore mutation, it'll give 20%.
If you come across a glowing plant called Brain fungus, loot it. Quit game and go back in. In your cooking menu, Brain Fungus Soup will be added. It will give you +2 intelligence and +4 with herbivore. Each point of intelligence gives something like 2% more experience.
Build a basic camp that has a bed. Sleeping in the bed gives you a +5% experience buff.
Create your own public group (casual) via social menu. Each member in group grants +1 intelligence.
That's what you are stuck with until you loot or buy some unyielding gear. Unyielding gear will boost all of your stats (except endurance) at low health.
Later in game, you'll get lunchboxes. Each of those will grant +25% experience and can stack to 100%.
You'll have one or two more options once you play the game and get things such as gear/mutations.
By sticking with the above simple routine, you can get to level 50 in a few days. If you have a few days off and you play most of the day, you can hit 50 in a weekend easy.
If you don't want to grind on your own, find busy areas and tag everything. As long as you do damage, you can let others kill stuff for you and you'll get full experience.
Do events.
Why do people enjoy World of Warcraft?
Why do people enjoy Call of Duty?
Why do people enjoy JRPGS?
Why do people enjoy Madden?
Why do people enjoy realistic racing games?
Why do people enjoy RAID SHADOW LEGENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??!?!?!?!?!??!?!
Why do people enjoy Candy Crush?
I don't know? Because it's fun?!?!?!?!?!
Fun is a subjective subject you know.
Also I feel this is troll bait.
In order;
- GTA5 was a well-crafted, well polished game with solid mechanics that offers unmitigated freedom.
- Because people who play Call of Duty are unsupervised, dysfunctional children, either in the literal or metaphorical sense.
- Depends which JRPG you mean.
- Because Madden players are too unfit to participate in actual physical sports and this enables them to live out their simplistic dreams without exposing their flabby forms to exercise.
- Because realistic racing games are realistic but fast paced, this appeals to car ethusiast and speed freak alike without the expense or danger of crashing a priceless vehicle.
- Because people watch youtube too much and get exposed to awful adverts for addictive, unfun games.
- Because candy crush is simple, colourful and appeals to people who may not be gamers but need to pass the time spent on that commute to work regardless.
And finally; no. Just no.
Hope this helps.
And I will say this again, Fun is a subjective matter. People like playing games I do not because they do not interest me. I like exploration games, it's why half of my games are exploration (Subnatica being one of my favorites). The other half are horror games like Resident Evil 2 Remake and Dead Space (lol).
Again, Fun is subjective. You hate this game, and it's OK, I won't judge you, but people judging other for games they don't like are a bunch of a-holes. Hate the game not the people.
No point in selling food or water since the developers removed all the negative effects of having low thirst/hunger completely removing the necessity of eating/drinking. You still get benefits for having food and thirst topped off(I think)but overall, there's really no point in eating or drinking anymore. :(
