But, imho, it depends on your style / interest, what weapon you happen to get your hands on, along the way ofc you need to start focusing / stock-up on a specific goal.
I'm bloody rifle build, but nothing stealth about me... really like it and it's rare that I die and don't stim that often (unless it's environment that does dmg). Without PA, my "tanking" limit is somewhere between SBQ and Earle.
If they play bloodied and are dying in daily ops then then they have a real problem with their build. For events you know are gonna be tough for them they need to heal up to the point where a sneeze doesn't kill them.
I'm still old school and I like to be tanky while not in power armor.
AA is superior vs bosses
Junkies is average between the two
Should mention 99% of the time you use the same number of shots with AA and bloodied vs regular enemies so AA tends to win
