Base game includes all game play content. No need to spend anymore.

Prices are not the same everywhere. I'm looking in Australian dollars at $18.13 for base game Vs $99.95 for Steel Dawn deluxe. That's 5.5 times the price. Little bit more than double. OP may not be in your region.

its 8x for me because of regional pricing. i buy base game much cheaper than you but paying same price to steel down probably because its only cosmetic xd

No. its just Fallout76 patched out to the actual state of the game with some special items aditionally. The patch was called Steel dawn and follows the big Wastelanders Update. It just brings the Brotherhood of Steel Fraktion with a new main quest and side quests to the game.

OP is asking about Steel Dawn deluxe version of the game in steam shop. Not the same as the latest Steel Dawn update in the game.

Base game will give you full game patched to include all latest Steel Dawn content, including the Brotherhood Quest line.

steel dawn deluxe is also a fairly new bundle, they don't typically go on great sales if at all for a bit. come the summer sale it would likely be at a similar discount as the base game and the the price difference likely will fall in line with expectations.
