Bug generated by scripts conflict, if we were on Fallout 4 the creation kit could have solved, but here I guess we have to wait for someone to open a ticket.

I don't understand why many of these missions do not have an indicator on pip-boy but only completely random indications, I tried after reading this thread. The same goes for the Hornwright estate, the secret chamber I still haven't been able to enter, the code generator does not work after completing the quest. Go on.
