Can't get overseer's log nuke launch

I threw a nuke twice (Alpha and Bravo), but the overseer log just wont spawn (checked Alpha bravo and charlie).

Anyone has the same issue?

You sure you quit from Exit Nuke SIlo door? or you just fast travel to site?

i ever encounter this bug when i fast travel to silo immediately, so tape not spawn yet, so i just fast travel somewhere else when i want to offline i visit again, poof tape was there

Well i tried to go from site alpha exit to site alpha entrace but still nothing

UPDATE. i've put all my holos in my cache and i noticed i have it. Which means i have all the tapes but the quest wont end.

Some hoe I managed to get this end her quest long before I launched a nuke which was just recently.

You need to finish the quest with the overseer in person, also do you have her final log where she's wounded?

i went to talk to her by my character says that he didnt find them all yet. I have 6 overseer journal and 17 overseer logs yup.

I was missing the vault 76 log ! you have to talk to the robot in front of vault 76 to get it
