I haven't tested Plague Walker, but Unstable Isotope's been going off and damaging enemies for me.

Yes, but what is the damage? Before the update it did less damage than unmodified gun bash and could flag you for PvP.

Open your map and highlight other players camp, check the tooltip for a high Meds number. Travel there and test your luck.

Don't think they are under meds think they are under misc

Yes, they're an aid item but they're listed under Misc. on vendor lists.

Unstable Isotope doing damage to players attacking you is considered a slap. So basically if you have this mutation you are flagged for pvp 100% of the time with pacifist off.

People are finding out Taking One for the Team is having the same effect with pacifist off.

Yes don't pay 700 thats too much. Some ppl have the nerve to charge 3k + like wth. I do sell mine for a bit higher but 440 is fair compared to what I see others which goes around 500 caps mostly.

I sell mine at 500 caps because it is a fair cost of the fluxes and nobody can resell them to a NPC vendor for a profit or their own vending machines.
