Curious what legendary perk cards people will unlock first

if you take a look at the diminishing returns from ballistic/energy/rad resistance you would conclude it is not worth stacking. Too little difference for massive investment. Example: t- 65 vs something like t-51b or even t-60.

Seems to me that some of the more annoying enemies like Scorchbeasts and Mirelurk queens do use poison. I think Earl does too, though not sure if that thing he throws at you is poison or something else. Since there are very few ways to get poison resist, the card looks valuable to me.

I agree. I really don't understand why they added the poison and fire resistance perks. If these were ballistic and energy damage resistances, it would be a completely different story.

Poison makes sense, as you can't actually get much through other means. What Rads? Helps due to the sheer amount of radiation (and Ghoulish). Fire Resistance is silly. Fire Proof is cheaper and enough for all the fire that is in the game now.

TBH I'm not that interested as it seems like BGS is painting themselves into a corner.

It seems nice now because it's new but it is really pushing the power creep early without new content to take advantage of.

Future content will have to be balanced around legendary players killing off new/low levels. Whatever happened to consequence if we can just be all powerful or ignore special allocation (master infitrator).

Finally the coin system making it through testing is ignorant of the issues such a system is to older players who lost cards to special respec or duplicates.

i am wondering if follow through statcks with tenderizer. though since it on lt effects sneak attacks is see that only way it would be usefull would to have teh escape artist perk and hide after every shot since in my experiance you can only get a sneak on the first hit

It's just ESO systems translated into Fallout.

ESO has level 50 and then Champion points up to 810 or so. Max Champion points is clearly stronger than no Champion points.

So it's new to Fallout players, but it's not anything new to Bethesda. Not something to worry about.

...never heard of anyone ever losing perks cards....
Scrapping duplicate cards for coins is the whole point of the system....

Personally my main character is a power armor wearing heavy weapons specialist. i can afford 6 legendary perk slots. current level of my main is 302.

biggest draws for me legendary perk card wise.
Ammo Factory - can't kill things with your mini-gun without bullets!

Electric Absorption - i am currently well stocked on fusion cores but hey i need more.

Funky Duds - i hate mirelurk queens

Master Infiltrator - YES! finally!

Sizzling Style - because why not.

Survival Shortcut - because we all want to live.

What Rads? - radiation isn't all that serious of a concern for me. power armor and all. but it would be nice.

Why no stats you say. this guy doesn't use vats. has plenty of hp. str only adds to melee damage. the only stat that is even tempting is int for more xp.
