Tenderizer Perk
Does the Tenderizer perk have some king of cool down? Or it's applied again immediately?

Don't think it has any internal cooldown

It just works. I belive it cancels when you change target.

I share the Tier 2 Tenderizer Perk most of the the time. Would also like to know.

Tenderizer is a weird perk, The damage is added as an "After effect" to an initial attack, and does not show up in damage numbers.

You can witness this "Additional effect" of damage by shooting an enemy twice, after the second shot, a moment after the second attack lands, you should see another "Damage Tic" which is tenderizer activating.
