In these cases, you are far more likely to remember not getting what you want.
I think the main problem is people playing Fallout 76 like a Themepark instead of a Sandbox. If you are playing to min/max your DPS against Endgame bosses... well... it's probably going to be a short ride.
You have less than a 10% chance each time you craft, no matter how many times you have done it in the past. That is JUST for getting either Junkies or Bloodied, regardless of any other affixes. If you've crafted over 200 weapons, it's still less than a 10% chance on the next one.
I would not focus on something so unsure as that. Think of it as more of a slot machine you pull once a day for the jackpot. It'd be nice to get, but not something you should expect.
