good luck find someone, i literary farmed the event for that plan, and only got it onetimes for myself, but tons of chalise this and that...

at least i got what i want thistime, made the molemen event only to get the Marine Helm Plan and never even glimpsed it.

It has a 2%+ drop rate.

I only got 1 myself too in the whole event.

To OP, I suggest you wait till the 2nd round of Meat Week before buying from people.

One of the Fortifying Atlas rewards is 2nd round of Meat Week.

I hardly got any plans this time around

But was lucky to nail both the Insurgent and Marine Armor Helmet plans from the Miner Event
