Hi I am having issues progressing this quest. I meet with Scout Leader Treadly and interact with him but the quest doesn't update. Its been like this for weeks. Any tips to fix this?

Bloatfly Gland
Stingwing Barb
Tick Blood Sac
Radroach Meat

Some people had it bug because the Radroach Meat they had to complete it was used up cooking or spoiled.

Make sure you have all the parts and talk to him again.

Yes, I had this problem. I accidentally cooked my radroach meat and just found another in a different location as I played. I'm pretty sure you can gather the bug parts anywhere, not just the places it tells you to find them.

Stingwing barbs are easily found at Kate's Grindhouse.

Bloatfly gland scorchbeast piles/bone bags
Bloodbugs all over.
