Best barrel for sniper rifle?

I can't understand if i have to use true long barrel or aligned long barrel.
I'm using hunting (sniper) rifle and lever action rifle, firing from distance, aiming without spav or using spav.

I'd go with Recoil.

The only difference in the three long barrel types is that one has superior hip-fire, one has superior recoil and one is a balance of the two with just improved hip-fire AND recoil. All three have superior range.

For true sniping I'd go for the superior recoil as it takes less time to get zoomed back in between shots. The superior hip-fire is useful if you use VATS a lot as it increases your chance to hit with VATS.
