Ballistic fiber location / hack 50 terminals

Does anyone know a good spot where I can farm ballistic fiber? I'm always running short on my sniper build.

Also is the achievements for hacking 50 terminals bugged? Cause I've played 170+ hours and I'm quite positive I did way more then 50.

Camp McClintock, and Fort Defiance, are the two best locations. Check Fandom for a detailed location. There's one ammo bag just outside West Tek, in the vehicle out front. Same type of vehicle on the road in front of Clancy Manor. I usually get that one after getting cranberries.

1. A sniper build should have a rank 1 White Knight equipped just in case you do get shot out of stealth. One rank saves a lot of wear and tear and keeps you from chasing scrap. Anything higher should not be necessary as a sniper.

2. You should have rank 3 White Knight to swap in for when you repair armor.

Yeah I have rank 1 white knight atm. Equipped. I'll target for the rank 3 when I get the rest of the build done.
