Any where to sell or convert gold scrap in to some thing more usefull ??

You can sell gold scrap to vendors.

Gold scrap is one of a few scrap items that have an individual value, are can therefore be sold to an NPC vendor (like the rail station protectron vendors) without first Bulk'ing it at a tinkers workbench.

Gold scrap is used for some items' crafting/repairs, probably, but I don't know which offhand. Besides the Vault Jumpsuit and its upgraded linings.

Can't be much though, I've been steadily accumulating gold scrap without even looking for it. Had to sell a few hundred units to the vendor just to clear out some stash space and I'm not missing it.

Gold scrap is used crafting Mole Miner Pails when the Treasure Hunt event is available. If I remember right the highest quality pails used six each. I actually ran out of gold scrap during the event.

The Treasure Hunt even will probably been seen again in the next month or two.

Come to think of it, why can't we make bullions out of scraps lol
then again it may mess up the economic or sth
