you have 3 choices at the end of the main wastelanders quest line on who to share the rewards with.
you have 2 choices on who will help you do the raid on the place. raiders or settlers.
your choice will maybe lock you out of a side quest with some of the raiders gearing up for the raid.
same choice option will lock you out of doing side quests with settlers while gearing up.
end of the day, youll see your question answered... at the end of the quest.
AFTER the raid is done with... no matter your choice, youve already made nice with both factions with the nuka thing. who you pick to go on the raid and how the rewards are split just determines which faction gets the reputation boost.
you have a long road ahead doing daily missions to earn the faction rep for both factions.
while the game might seem like its a really big deal (and it is reward or reputationwise)
but there is no way you could ever possibly earn the treasury notes needed to trade for gold to trade for plans to build things in any decent amount of time, with out doing daily quests for BOTH factions.
a long round about way of saying, yes no matter your pick or who you pick to side with, you can still do both factions dailies after. there are for sure things you can get fro free with one side but have to pay a lot for if you choose the other side...
im sure most people will say side with the raiders and give them a fair share so you can get that rep boost because you start out with a lot more rep with the settlers than the raiders.
btw blood eagle raiders are NOT crater raiders and will never be friendly. other raiders you will stumble across will be freindly if youve gone that far to innoculate them.
have fun good luck.
That's why u should progress BOTH questlines until both reach point of no return (choice). That way u can maximize the rep gain.
